Our tests are designed for educational and entertainment purposes. IQ scores obtained through our platform are indicative assessments and should not be considered clinical evaluations.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
3.3 One Person Per Account
Each account is for a single individual only. You may not share your account or allow others to take tests using your account. Doing so may result in account termination and invalidation of certificates.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Free and Paid Plans
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans provide limited access to our test library. Paid plans ("Basic" and "Premium") offer expanded access to tests, certificates, and features as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
- You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until your current billing period expires
- No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period (see our Refund Policy)
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Test Integrity and Fair Use
5.1 Academic Honesty
You agree to complete all tests honestly and to the best of your own ability. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Having another person take a test on your behalf
- Using external resources, notes, or aids during timed assessments (unless expressly permitted)
- Copying, distributing, or sharing test questions or answers
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete tests
- Attempting to circumvent our anti-cheating measures
5.2 Monitoring
We employ monitoring systems during tests, including tab-switch detection, window focus tracking, and click pattern analysis. These measures are described in our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Consequences
Violation of test integrity rules may result in:
- Invalidation of test results and certificates
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Forfeiture of subscription fees
6. Certificates and Diplomas
- Certificates are issued upon successfully passing a test with a score at or above the required passing threshold
- Each certificate has a unique verification number that can be verified on our website
- Certificates are for personal and educational use
- Our IQ test certificates are not clinical assessments and should not be presented as such
- DVLA theory practice certificates indicate practice performance and are not official DVLA certificates
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates if test integrity violations are discovered
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our platform, including tests, questions, images, designs, and branding, is owned by IQ Test Diploma or its licensors
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
- Your certificates and test results are yours to share, but the certificate design and branding remain our property
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for decisions made based on test results obtained through our platform
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IQ Test Diploma, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, or any other reason at our discretion
- Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, but existing verified certificates remain valid for verification purposes
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
